To acquire operating system information from your server press the windows key + pause key on the keyboard. Please select OS from below. Only select from one drop down.
Section 5: Vault Installation Requirements
To ensure the installation and preparation of your vault is smooth we like to establish how some aspects of the vault will be handled this allows Graitec to identify if we require your IT to assist with network administration tasks before or when we arrive on site.
Section 6: Data Checking & Data Loading
If you are about to receive a new installation of vault you may require existing data to be loaded. Data loading is not included as part of the installation of vault but training is provided if you are receiving vault training or vault administration training. We recommend that a Graitec member of staff spend 1 day onsite prior to the installation to perform data checks, from this day a report will produced highlighting issues in data sets, which will include information on: duplicate data, data requiring migration, data with missing links or references that will need amending to ensure successful upload of data. Training will also be provided for techniques on amending the for-mentioned issues during the 1 day onsite data checking.
